Based on the experiences of our projects and staff, we can claim reliably that Scale Consulting can support the top management of CEE financial services firms in solving practically any of the key issues that come up most frequently. We have delivered support in process organization, sales development, product management , organizational restructuring and CRM development. We had assignments for launching new financial institutions, for the practical unification of legally merged banks or for the raising of the efficiency level of existing financial services organizations.  

Our projects cover banking for private individuals, small and medium enterprises and corporate clients. They also include various topics of cross-selling, such as bancassurance. Variety is similar when it comes to channels: we have dealt with branch network efficiency, setting up a mobile banker team, sales activization of the Call Center and the design of new online sales formats.

In all of these topics, we consider it a key value that beyond strategic advice, we are capable of operative implementation as well. Moreover, we are convinced that the ultimate measurement of the effectiveness of our projects is quantitative business results.
