Our Team

Scale Consulting is led by its three founding partners: Péter Szép, Péter Chornitzer and Tamás Bernáth. Partners can build on a pool of consultants who, in total, have amassed several decades of banking experience. It is a typical sign of the regional nature of Scale Consulting that while it is headquartered in Budapest, Hungary, several of its consultants have become part of its team without speaking the Hungarian language.

It is a key value for us to have a stable staff. Stable, in the sense that we rely on exclusively committed employees and stable also in the sense that we have very low turnover. Beyond this pool, Scale Consulting is able to provide mixed teams with its associated company Scale Research. Moreover, there is a permanent group of 6-8  external experts who can add specific areas of expertise to the Scale team of consultants on a project-by-project basis.
