The continuously expanding team of Scale Consulting offers entry points at each level. From junior candidates, we expect 1-2 years of professional experience, in a variety of possible forms. On a senior level, we welcome contacts from experts of most diverse practical expertise background, be it for employment or a contract-based external position.

It is important for us in candidates that they are ready to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty with work. Our project team sizes do not allow for roles like ’shaper’. On the other hand, we offer very varied tasks, an opportunity to solve issues that are available to few and a working atmosphere of intensity but also friendliness.
